- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
- Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or teaching from our plans requires written permission.
- We reserve the right to update plans; purchasers receive updates free of charge.
3. Purchases & Refunds
- All payments processed by Gumroad — their Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
- Prices in USD. Taxes added per your jurisdiction.

- Refunds revoke your license; please delete downloaded files.

You agree not to: scrape the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or violate applicable laws.
7. Email Communications
- Subscribing = consent to receive plan updates, tips, and promotions (PIPEDA/CASL compliant).
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-out is immediate.
- We never sell your email address.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodworking Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or Products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes resolved in courts of British Columbia.
